The 1000V DC switch - disconnectors have the following main characteristics:

• silver-plated electrolytic copper fix contacts
• extremely reliable operating device assuring high closing and opening speed, independent from the operator
• visible indication of contacts position through inspection windows, in the visible isolation version
• complete range of optional accessories allows the use of switch - disconnectors in different installations
• suitable for polluted ambient and tropical climates according to IEC 68-2 Std.
• operating handle with protection degree IP55 supplied with the switch - disconnector, complete with:
  • safety locks allowing the access inside the door only with switch - disconnectors in open position
  • up to 3 padlocks can be fitted in open position of switch-disconnector (on request we can supply the handle padlockable either in open or closed position).
• Switch disconnectors IHS/INS/INP are equipped with rotary handles, shaft extension and busbars
